Meetomatic has long been known for its simplicity and deliberate lack of fancy features, all of which make it very easy to set up 'basic' meetings for which only the dates or perhaps the AM/PM slots are of interest. This new version of Meetomatic maintains that 'basic' mode, with no registration required (you can always just click on 'new meeting' above to launch it), but augments it with an 'advanced' mode that provides fine-grained time selection and time zone management, for which registration is needed in order to help you keep track of user settings and past meetings. Although we originally conceived Advanced Meetomatic as a premium (for sale) product, as of 1st January 2009, we are offering the first 1000 users an opportunity to self-register for free, permanent, and full access to this Advanced version.

Meetomatic's famous ease of use
You can get a preview of the functionality by looking at the Quick Start comments and videos. This version is ultimately intended for enterprise and large workgroup usage, and will be priced accordingly, once the Beta period has finished. Early extensive user trials have already been run to assure robustness, so your meetings are safely stored in our database, and will always remain accessible to those who have already set up meetings.
